Assistant Manager – Customer Service & Team Building Focus (Flexible Schedule)

Locations: Springfield / Lorton

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Assistant Manager who enjoys helping people, building strong relationships, and working collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for every customer while supporting daily operations.

This is a  flexible schedule position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including occasional weekends. The ideal candidate is adaptable, reliable, and willing to support the team where needed.

Key Customer Service Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with current and prospective customers.

• Assist customers with their storage needs by providing knowledgeable guidance and personalized solutions.

• Deliver friendly, professional, and consistent customer service.

• Support customers through the rental, renewal, and account management process.

• Address customer questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized facility environment.

• Support daily operations and ensure customers receive a positive experience.

• Collaborate with team members and management to create a supportive and productive workplace.

• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
