Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients in order to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques to facilitate treatment for individuals, families, and groups, promoting effective communication and relationship-building.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to streamline processes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance your skill set and stay current with advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is essential to practice.

• A minimum of two years of cumulative experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.
