Engineering Maintenance Representative Position This role keeps our guests’ experiences on track by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and fixtures. You’ll be the first line of support for the hotel’s operations. Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day Repair, replace, and refurbish items throughout the hotel Maintain safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas Follow the preventative maintenance calendar and seek ways to improve guests’ experiences Communicate supply levels to your supervisor or duty manager Step up to take on additional duties when needed Requirements At least one year of maintenance or repair experience High school diploma or related vocational training Familiarity with Microsoft Office and building management programs such as HotSos, Opera, or Bartech Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and preventive maintenance procedures Physical fitness – on feet most of the day, ability to bend and kneel Excellent communication skills; warm, welcoming, and approachable What You Can Expect From Us Competitive hourly pay of $30.11 (Washington, DC) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), full uniform, room discounts, and extensive training.
