Registered Nurse - Surgical

Schedule
- Shift: 4x10 days (day shift) with rotating day off
- Call: Rotating on-call day required

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required
- Required certification: BLS
- State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for a diverse population including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and social services.
- Assist with general and specialty surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and provide education on care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic medical record system.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 20 hours onsite
- Pre-approved time off allowed: Two days
