Bonus: Contract Max Rate - $85/hr (All-Inclusive) Visa Support: No visa sponsorships supported About the Role An expanding technology services firm is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Engineer with deep expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support their growing enterprise solutions team. This is a hybrid position based in Chandler, AZ, with occasional in-person client meetings, making it ideal for candidates located in the Greater Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience with CMDB architecture, ServiceNow platform development, and integration protocols. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with solution architects and delivery teams to implement CMDB‑related functionalities that streamline IT operations, improve asset visibility, and support business goals. Responsibilities Develop and configure CMDB-related functionality in the ServiceNow platform. Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for improved CI data accuracy. Build and maintain integration workflows using REST, SOAP, and JDBC. Create identification and reconciliation rules, CI relationship models, and MID Server configurations. Work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM modules to ensure data consistency and integration. Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and integration issues.
