Role Details :
Position: ServiceNow Developer / Engineer (CMDB Focus)
Location: Hybrid - Chandler, AZ (Greater Phoenix area)
Type: Full-Time or C2H
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Configure CI classes, relationships, reconciliation rules
• Build automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
• Support ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management integrations
• Troubleshoot CMDB and platform-related issues
• Perform CMDB audits and data cleanup
• Participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Skills:

• 3+ years ServiceNow development or engineering experience
• Strong CMDB knowledge: CI relationships, Discovery patterns
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM
• Knowledge of Discovery & MID Server integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC)
