What the Role Actually Involves You’ll work closely with a senior consultant on retained executive search mandates, supporting searches from the ground up. That means: Building detailed maps of talent markets (who’s who, where they sit, how teams are structured) Producing research and insight that shapes hiring strategy Identifying and engaging senior‑level candidates Analysing companies, leadership teams, and industry trends Contributing to candidate shortlists and client materials It’s a mix of research, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building — not just outreach.
