Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in Irvine, CA.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client requirement).
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record system required.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 30 points per week and documentation completed by 10:00 a.m. the next day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience in home health preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Guaranteed hours per week: 40.
• Territory: Central Orange County; candidate may be expected to travel within the territory.
• EMR: HCHB required.
• On-call or weekend requirements: To be determined.
