Facilitator (Sexual Assault Prevention Training)

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time qualified candidate for Facilitator (Sexual Assault Prevention Training) at our Naval Station Great Lakes / SWESC Great Lakes location. Responsibilities Deliver interactive training sessions to Sailors using scenario-based facilitation techniques. Maintain a respectful learning environment and manage group dynamics professionally. Guide discussions on consent and prevention concepts in a constructive, non-shaming manner. Follow assigned teaching schedules and coordinate promptly with coordinators on availability changes. Participate in rehearsals, coaching, and periodic content refreshes to keep delivery consistent. Support collection of participant feedback and provide observations to improve session effectiveness. Comply with installation rules, safety, and professional standards of conduct. Qualifications Prior experience facilitating training or presenting to groups (military environment preferred). Strong public speaking and audience engagement skills. Ability to handle sensitive topics professionally and maintain appropriate boundaries. Reliable and able to meet a recurring training delivery tempo. Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access and background screening. Requirements / Eligibility CAC: Yes Security Clearance: Tier 1 (or higher as required by Government access determination) Computer Systems Experience: Basic computer proficiency for email, schedules, and required administrative tasks D2GS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
