Coalition for Responsible Community Development is looking for a Job Developer to engage regional businesses in Los Angeles for career pathway opportunities. The role focuses on developing employer partnerships and securing training-to-employment agreements, ensuring job readiness for participants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a background in job development.
