Data Engineer
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and dbt.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and data pipeline development.
Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
Experience developing dbt models, tests, sources, macros, and incremental models.
Experience with AWS S3 and Glue for cloud-based data ingestion and transformation.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data quality.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS Lambda, Redshift, EMR, Athena, or Step Functions.
Knowledge of Apache Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools.
Experience with Kafka or real-time data processing.
Knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
