Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services for Hospice patients in a home setting. Join our team and help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life through compassionate, evidence/comfort-based care.

Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
Job Type: PRN
PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they wish to accept. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control of your schedule.
