Practice Clinical Supervisor , RN - AMG Cardiology Outpatient - Multiple Location

Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN – AMG Cardiology Outpatient – Multiple Location Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. MUST have Cardiology experience. Days/ hours: Mon‑Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm. Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Supervisor, RN: Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocating for patients, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans. Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants. Conducts phone triage. Oversees medication management. Educates patients and families, and coordinates and participates in community education programs. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed. Overviews clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors. Conducts clinical meetings. Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership. Visits offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree. Valid NJ RN License. Preferred: 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices. 5+ years of direct Cardiology or related experience. Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once.
