As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals in recovery. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the intake process and transportation needs for clients
• Answer client questions and help them adjust to the program routine
• Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the medical staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ Years experience in the Mental Health Field (or corresponding college coursework) - preferable
• Ability and desire to keep patients safe at all times
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• CDCA
• Valid Driver's License

Additional Expectations:

• Establish and maintain healthy relationships with patients
• Assist with admissions and orientation procedures
• Complete timely and accurate shift reports and checklists
• Facilitate orientation groups or meetings with patients
• De-escalate and assist with patient issues
• Monitor patient safety and well-being
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
