Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant PACE Clinic
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Job Type: Locum Tenens

Overview:
A PACE clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient care for a geriatric patient population. This role involves autonomous practice in a collaborative care environment focused on elderly and frail patients.

Compensation:

$75/hr

Assignment Details:

Start: June 15, 2026
Ongoing coverage

Schedule:

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Day shifts only

Practice Details:

Setting: PACE Clinic
EMR: Epic
Geriatric patient population
Supervising Medical Director onsite
Autonomous APP role

Responsibilities:

Provide primary and chronic care management for geriatric patients
Evaluate and manage frail and elderly populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient care in EMR

Requirements:

Board Certified NP or PA Required
Active North Carolina License Required
BLS Required
CDS Certification and DEA Required
Minimum 1 year experience with elderly/frail populations Required
Geriatrics experience Preferred
No new graduates accepted
Local provider Preferred

Credentialing:

Estimated timeframe: up to 45 days
