Maintenance Technician SpecialistThe Maintenance Technician Specialist may need to lift and move heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. The position may also require standing, walking, and bending for extended periods of time. Lifting and caring for materials, installing items including electrical, cleaning, organizing, cleaning out units, water heater, and plumbing maintenance, hauling large trash, and moving large items such as furniture and appliances.
