Are you an experienced RN or Paramedic with strong leadership skills? Join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our outpatient IV therapy clinic, ensuring top-notch care for our clients, and supporting the Clinic Director in all aspects of clinic operations. What You'll Do:

• Support the Clinic Director with daily clinical operations
• Perform IV starts, administer fluids/nutrient infusions, and monitor clients
• Ensure a safe, high-quality, and welcoming patient experience
• Document treatments accurately in the EMR
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance support
• Help maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
• Stay updated on the latest nutrition infusion therapies and share knowledge with the team

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license or Paramedic certification
• 2+ years IV infusion or vascular access experience (required)
• Strong IV skills (including difficult starts)
• Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable educating clients and answering questions
• Interest in holistic, preventative, or functional medicine
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills.

Schedule MondayFriday, 810 hour shifts, with occasional weekends required
