This 36-week contract places a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting in Easton, Maryland. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering therapy to a diverse caseload of 45–50 students with speech and language needs. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide speech-language pathology services to students across multiple ages and grades.
2. Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for students with speech/language needs (primarily OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairment).
3. Deliver direct therapy services, primarily outside the general education setting.
4. Maintain and manage a fluid caseload of approximately 45–50 students, adapting to changing student needs.
5. Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress and ensure appropriate service delivery throughout the contract.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent degree required for state licensure).
• Certified/licensed SLP in Maryland (MD SLP license).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Ability to provide services in a school setting and work 37.5 hours per week.
• Manage a caseload of 45–50 students across multiple ages/grades with disabilities primarily OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams.
• Meet all applicable state/facility requirements for clinical work.
