We are in search of a dynamic Permanent Production Manager to join our thriving Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Improvement and Operations Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our production process to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
2. Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes.
4. Managing and motivating a team of production staff to achieve set objectives and targets.
5. Monitoring production KPIs and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
6. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Managing production budgets and resources effectively.
8. Coordinating with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
9. Providing reports and updates to senior management on production status and issues.
10. Implementing and maintaining safety standards across all production operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Operations Management.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Proficient in using production management software and tools.
7. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
