Currently, we import, manufacture, and distribute over 8,000 Japanese foods, beverages, restaurant equipment and supplies. Location : Flower Mound, TX Hours : M-F: 9AM – 6PM Essential Job Functions Meets the monthly and annual sales target as designated by the sales manager. Visits customers to sell Company’s products by providing customers all relevant information and supports. Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport. Responds to and communicates with all customers in a timely manner. Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs. Educates customers on how the products or services can benefit them. Inputs and updates orders within the Company database accordingly Coordinates with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner. Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy. Visits customers and potential customers to educate them on Japanese seafood items, including fresh fish and other seafood products; increases the sales of the Company’s fresh seafood products. Works closely with all Sales Associates to understand their needs; offers solution by educating them and their clients on how our fresh seafood products and services can benefit their business. Trains, educates, and improves all sales associates’ seafood knowledge. Participates in the weekly meetings. Attends Company events and functions outside of normal working hours. Other duties as required from manager. Obligation to answer to all management as requested. Physical Requirements Able to travel for a majority of the daily working hours, including long hour driving Able to sit in a car for extended periods of time Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally Able to use the phone for extended periods of time Other Requirements Business level English required – Read/write/speak/listen Business level Chinese required – Read/write/speak/listen Has a valid driver license and maintains a clean driving record Able to periodically stay overnight in out of town to visit clients Maintains a positive attitude Able to work independently and as a team Able to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred 2+ years of sales experience required; 5+ years of sales experience preferred – front‑house restaurant experiences are plus.
