Branch Manager

Position Title Branch Manager Business Unit Retail Reports to Varies Based on Assignment Primary Office Location 130 Gardeners Circle Suite 125, Kiawah Island, South Carolina, 29455 Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is the directing sales manager for the branch. The primary focus is the origination and expansion of new to bank customers and performance coaching of the branch team. The incumbent oversees daily branch activities, performs market and business development duties, processes loan requests, solicits new accounts, and ensures effective operations of branch staff and facilities. Incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. Primary Responsibilities Generate high-value customer relationships through leveraging sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships. Actively engage in the community as a member of the branch. Execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology. Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Manage and coach branch team and facility to ensure the branch operates according to FNB standards. Conduct daily sales meetings, execute all HR responsibilities, and participate in ongoing education for self and team. Lead sales camps according to Market Manager. Ensure branch meets all quality standards through direction and coaching of the team. Maintain operational integrity and ensure adherence to audit, compliance, security, and operational requirements. Assign team operational responsibilities and perform various operational duties per established policies. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring risks as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Commit to superior levels of compliance by adhering to regulatory laws and guidelines. Minimum Level of Education Required High School or GED Minimum # of Years of Job Related Experience Required 3 Skills Required Excellent management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Basic Level MS Excel - Intermediate Level MS PowerPoint - Basic Level BA or BS preferred Experience in a related position Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred Licensures/Certifications Required Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
