This position is also responsible for identifying and managing risk.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:Support management in drafting legal documents by reviewing and commenting on counterparty drafts and providing first drafts of documents to the legal teamAssists in the creation of documentation for bids and offers to public authorities by summarizing company information and legal liabilities on provided formsResearches and analyzes issues faced by Cintra due to the unique requirements of individual projects (including issues of planning process, procurement, and authority of state agencies, among others) and prepares legal memoranda for internal useParticipate in understanding possible future liabilities by summarizing and analyzing important issues in draft documents such as non-disclosure agreements, services/consulting contracts, and project documentsOrganizes and manages rudimentary database of existing documents such as contracts and corporate resolutions for ease of reference and internal audit purposes.Required Qualifications:Law degree from an accredited universityExperience with legal research softwareAbility to draft legal agreementsHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuperior writing and verbal communication skillsExperience analyzing liabilities described in contractual provisions preferredEthical, caring and with the ability to work in a collaborative environmentSeize the challenge.
