Sales Producer

Natalie Arnett - State Farm Agent is looking for a highly motivated Sales Producer with prior experience and current insurance licenses to drive new business and grow our agency. In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to effectively market solutions, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include proactively generating and following up on leads to drive new business, meeting and exceeding sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance, identifying customer needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions, conducting policy reviews and recommending coverage adjustments, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications include prior sales experience is required, insurance experience highly preferred, property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses (must obtain, current licensees preferred), strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success, ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships, and being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

This is a remote position. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
