You will assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based treatments that empower individuals to become the best version of themselves. By delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, you will make a meaningful difference every day, helping patients overcome challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.What You'll DoTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.3+ years of experience in providing psychiatric care to individuals.Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamCommitment to providing high-quality, compassionate behavioral health careProficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software.Successfully pass background check applicable to position.Education & LicensureMaster's degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from an accredited program.Current and unrestricted Washington State ARNP license.Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from a recognized certifying body.Possess and maintain current DEA registration.Register as an agency affiliated counselor or obtain behavioral health credential through Washington State Department of Health within 60 days of employment, as required by WAC 246-341.
