Commercial Insurance Account Manager Position Description This is is a fully and permanently remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere on the East Coast but must have a New York State Property and Casualty License and be familiar with the down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace. Regional brokerage / insurance agency looking for an experienced commercial account manager. They provide a full range of insurance coverage and benefits programs offered by more than 30 national carriers. Responsibilities: Increasing current coverage or adding new coverage to the firm’s existing book of business. Marketing new and renewal business Positive consistent interaction with clients and markets Prepare renewal and new business applications & proposals Identify exposure and recommend appropriate solutions Remarket existing business and negotiate with underwriters Provide day to day client service Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years insurance brokerage experience to be considered for this position Experience servicing commercial clients and knowledge of commercial markets Capable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneously · Ability to work in a team environment Current NYS Property and Casualty license AMS 360 Software knowledge / experience is required Compensation: · Base salary up to $95,000 – commensurate with relevant skill set and experience.
