MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team and ensure the effective, efficient operation of our processing and utility equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for executing preventative and predictive maintenance, performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reading schematics, and completing minor repairs, fabrication, and basic welding (MIG/TIG/stick). You will collaborate closely with machine operators to minimize equipment downtime, document all completed work orders, and maintain strict adherence to quality, sanitation, and safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and SQF guidelines. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of maintenance experience in a process manufacturing environment, proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, solenoids, and VFDs. This full-time position requires working in a fast-paced plant environment, handling physical demands such as lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces, and maintaining a schedule that includes weekend shifts and on-call availability

salary: $60,000 - $62,400 per year
