- You will work under the general supervision of the Coordinator of Children's Residential Services to ensure optimal staffing is maintained based upon established staff-to-student ratios.
- You will fulfill the responsibilities of On-Duty Supervisor, providing such coverage when assigned to do so.
- You will adhere to regulatory requirements as they relate to incident management procedures, medication administration procedures, and staff training requirements.
- You will complete and maintain records/documentation as needed in an accurate and timely manner.
- You will procure household items and make all purchases within the residential budget (under supervision of the Coordinator of Children’s Residential Services).
- You will use a “Train the Trainer” model to guide staff on student-specific learning and behavioral supports during both program and non-program time.
- You will be steadfastly devoted to the health, safety, and well-being of the residents in your care.
What You Can Bring to the Team:
- Compassion, integrity, patience, adaptability, and a desire to make a difference.
- Strong training, communication, organizational, interpersonal, follow-through, and collaboration skills.
