Registered Nurse, Hospice Admissions

AccentCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for Hospice Admissions in our biotechnology and pharmaceutical-focused hospice program. The RN will conduct comprehensive hospice admissions assessments, verify eligibility, obtain consents, and develop initial care plans. You’ll coordinate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe medication management and high-quality symptom control. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication with patients and families, accurate EMR documentation, and adherence to rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
