Job Duties Build and maintain a strong one-call-close mentality within your sales team. Utilize and manage your activities within the Gunton Contact Management System. Expect your direct reports to effectively utilize the Gunton Contact Management System. Enforce Company policies. Support company functions and promote initiatives that improve employee engagement. Handle all customer requests timely and professionally. Develop effective solutions to customer and internal issues. Managing discounts and margins. Quickly build rapport. Gain trust, respect and buy in from the team through effective leadership, creating an environment and commitment to win. Embrace and promote innovations. Plan your time/schedule to complete 25 In-Home appointment ride-alongs per month. Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager. Preferred Qualifications College degree. Construction background, window and door replacement experience is a plus. Sales management experience. In-Home selling experience in a one-call-close environment. What We Offer No overnight travel.
