Requirements

• New York State Dental License with current registration with Board of Regents.
• Meets all criteria of North Country Family Health Center’s Credentialing Policies and Procedures, current CPR certification, current professional liability coverage, meets health requirements for employees, and is eligible to provide services to patients covered by Medicaid.
• Prior experience in providing primary dental care and working with children and adults, with the ability to relate to patients of diverse backgrounds and ages and their families.
• Good organizational skills, ability to work cooperatively with clinic staff, and to provide supervision.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
