Project Manager (Commercial)

Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details Key Responsibilities: Support project managers and superintendents in planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and specifications Assist with procurement processes, including vendor and subcontractor coordination and material tracking Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure successful project delivery Participate in change management processes, including reviewing proposals and preparing change orders Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure alignment across all project phases Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1–4+ years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience considered) Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Experience supporting projects in education, healthcare, or public-sector construction Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and cost tracking tools Demonstrated ability to build relationships with project teams and clients A bit about us: Our client is a full-service commercial construction firm offering preconstruction, construction management, design-build, and general contracting services.
