They touch on all market sectors but primarily do projects in the commercial and retail spaces. Projects range from $500K to $10M. They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and want to bring in people they can train and quickly promote. Job Description Assist in coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all phases of the project. Contribute to resolving project-related issues and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for future reference. Assist in evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
