V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Helpdesk Analyst for our premier client in Nashville, Tennessee.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "

• Deliver, install, and configure computers
• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
• Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills .
