Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations and rehabilitation potential, considering each patient's individual circumstances.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques, including modalities such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as required, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met or updated based on patient responses.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and professional networking to remain informed about best practices and innovations in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult clients recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their recovery journey, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and physical therapy modalities.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits
