Partner Success Associate

Position Overview

Big Think Capital is opening the Partner Success Associate role, reporting directly to Jake Dombroski, Director of Business Development. This role will manage and grow the strategic partnerships originated by the Business Development team, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners after the initial relationship is established.

This is not simply an account maintenance role. The Partner Success Associate will be expected to take ownership of partner performance, proactively solve problems, and develop actionable plans that generate measurable growth.

This role is onsite 5 days a week at our NYC office.

What You'd Be Doing

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Create individualized growth plans and identify opportunities to increase submission volume, approval rates, and funding volume.
• Monitor partner performance data and use it to drive clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with assigned partners.
• Coordinate internally to resolve partner questions, submission issues, and operational concerns.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Processing, Renewals, Marketing, and Operations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in relationship management, account management, business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear growth strategies.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for issues to be raised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus;
  ISO, fintech, or lending industry experience is preferred but not required.
