Job Description
The Machine Operator will primarily work with manufacturing, packaging, and assembly line machines in a team-based environment. The role involves monitoring machine operations, inspecting product quality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance throughout an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate manufacturing, packaging, and assembly line machines
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain production flow
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in machine operation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of machine calibration and mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and time management abilities
