Automotive Sales Representative

Briggs Auto Group – Topeka, Kansas

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding new career, we provide the training, inventory, and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
• Learn and stay up to date on current vehicle features, technology, incentives, and financing options
• Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM
• Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business

• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred — but not required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
