Store Manager - Soho

Summary The Store Manager will lead the Soho store to drive sales, profitability and brand presence while delivering a premium customer experience. Responsible for day-to-day operations, merchandising, inventory and expense management, you will develop and coach a high-performance team and execute clienteling and omni-channel initiatives. Responsibilities Manage overall store operations and ensure high operational and merchandising standards Achieve sales goals and analyze store performance to maximize productivity Develop, recruit and train store associates to build a premium selling culture Lead clienteling, customer outreach and omni-channel service initiatives Oversee inventory control, store logistics and expense management Requirements Proven retail management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to self-manage Passion for premium denim and deep product knowledge of fashion trends Experience with clienteling and omni-channel retail strategies Authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
