PT is needed for a 13-week travel assignment with a dayshift schedule. A long-term care environment will benefit from a dedicated physical therapy professional focused on restoring mobility, function, and quality of life for residents. Responsibilities

- Monitor progress, adjust goals, and document outcomes in the patient record in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home programs, and safety strategies.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements during all therapy activities.

- Ability to deliver physical therapy services in a long-term care setting.
- Willingness to work a 13-week travel assignment with a 36-hour weekly minimum in a day-shift schedule.
