SFV Services is a full service nationwide General Contractor. We specialize in Food service and Exercise facilities and work with numerous brands throughout the US. We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator who's responsibilities will include:

• Prepare estimates and budgets for construction by studying plans and specifications.
• Familliar with PlanSwift estimating software
• Evaluate subcontractor and material supplier proposals.
• Resolve cost differences between proposal and budgets by analyzing and collecting information.
• Write up and present budgets and project bids.
• Maintain Weekly Estimate Progress Reports.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clients, as required.
• Work closely with architects and other professionals for clarifications and material selections.
• Schedule meetings with clients, site managers, and staff as needed.
• Navigate and understands building codes.
• Processes paperwork and travel to building sites, as required.
• Monitors construction processes.
• Stays up-to-date with safety codes and improvements in construction.
• Prepare Estimating Templates and standardize all estimating forms
• Monitor current construction material costs for incorporation into estimates – Update all standard estimate forms on a quarterlybasis.
• Prepare pricing for all construction-related change orders.·
• Assist in the project buy-out after contract is awarded.
• Perform project post-mortem cost analysis
