DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will support the daily operations and management of Pymatuning State Park by completing a wide range of administrative tasks. As a Administrative Assistant 1, you will perform the following duties:
- Administrative Support: Handle clerical tasks that keep office operations organized
- Public Interaction: Assist visitors and callers by providing information and directing inquiries
- Fiscal Processing: Manage purchasing documents, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial records
- Record Management: Maintain files, prepare correspondence, and ensure documents are accurate
- Operational Coordination: Support park staff by tracking schedules, equipment use, and office resources
- Data Entry: Update computer systems with information related to permits, reports, and park activities
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
