What You'll Do

• Provide obstetric triage, inpatient admissions, and delivery management
• Collaborate with hospital staff, community OBs, and specialists
• Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies effectively
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of care
• Participate in multidisciplinary OB Critical Care and emergency-department patient management
• Communicate in real-time with referring physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries
• Contribute to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction

What You Need

• Valid Ohio medical license; Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of [X] years of OB hospitalist experience
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
