About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead and manage all commercial functions, with a focus on driving new business development and expanding relationships within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales, marketing, SDR, account management, and partnerships. This role requires expertise in healthcare services sales, particularly in the context of not purely SaaS, and a proven track record of selling into hospitals or health systems. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with building and scaling a high-performing, data-driven commercial organization, and must have a strong analytical mindset with experience in using CRM tools. Engaging directly with C-suite healthcare stakeholders and developing and managing channel and strategic partnerships are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare commercial leadership and a background in building and leading sales and commercial teams. The role demands a candidate with a BS in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to partner with finance on pricing, forecasting, and revenue operations, and will be adept at integrating scalable solutions into existing workflows to support clinical teams.
