Rello Search Partners is seeking a long term Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist - HYBRID to assist our client who recently went through an ERP implementation and migration. This position will support high-volume AP operations within a fast-paced healthcare enterprise. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a large organization, with a strong understanding of vendor management and 3-way matching requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable processing, including high-volume invoice entry, 3-way matching (PO, receiving document, invoice), coding, and payment execution.
• Audit and review invoices for appropriate documentation, approvals, and compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Reconcile complex vendor statements, resolve account discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, W-9 verification, and annual 1099 processing.
• Participate in month-end AP close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support ongoing or upcoming ERP system enhancements, data testing, and migration efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and department heads to resolve purchase order or receiving exceptions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree desired
• 3+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience in a high volume and large company environment; Workday Financials experience highly desired
• Prior experience assisting with ERP implementations, system transitions, or user acceptance testing (UAT) highly desired
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic document management systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
