Overview
Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (ER) — Glenwood Springs, Colorado — start 08/11/2026 for 13 weeks — $2,121–$2,286 per week — guaranteed hours 36 per week — Shift: 3x12-hour nights with rotating call — travel assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Triage and initial assessment of emergency patients; continuous monitoring of vital signs and patient status
- Administer medications, establish IV access, and perform basic procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with ED and trauma team members; assist with resuscitation and trauma protocols
- Prepare patients for diagnostic testing and procedures; document care and ensure accurate handoffs
- Monitor for changes in patient condition; respond to emergencies per ED protocols; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum 3 years RN Emergency Department experience
- Ability to work in a Level III trauma ED, with 3x12-hour night shifts per week and a rotating call schedule
- Travel policy: residence must be at least 75 miles away from the assigned facility
- Additional notes: CAPS processing may apply and can take up to two weeks; ensure accurate SSN and DOB in Medefis to avoid onboarding delays
