Director, Marketing Enablement & Digital Intelligence

The Director, Marketing Enablement & Digital Intelligence helps advance Masco's digital marketing and customer engagement transformation. They assist business units in understanding, adopting, and scaling modern digital marketing capabilities. This leader acts as the enterprise enablement and intelligence layer, translating fast-paced digital marketing, consumer behavior, analytics, eCommerce, marketing technology, and applied AI trends into clear mentorship, shared standards, and practical learning. These efforts accelerate marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and digital transformation outcomes across the organization. This is an acceleration role that will operate at the enterprise, team, and individual level. Success is measured by growing digital marketing proficiency, faster adoption of modern marketing practices, and more informed decision-making across business units.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate digital marketing transformation priorities and external market signals into clear, BU-relevant mentorship that informs planning and execution.Build and curate role-based learning and enablement that increases proficiency in priority digital marketing capabilities.Establish and run cross-business unit forums and communities to accelerate learning, share marketing best practices, and reduce reinvention.Develop reusable "what good looks like" standards, playbooks, and examples that support consistent, scalable digital marketing transformation.Build executive-ready intelligence outputs (briefs, summaries, decision guides) that clarify implications, tradeoffs, consumer trends, and maturity paths.Partner with business units to identify capability gaps and align enablement to enterprise digital marketing and transformation goals.Track adoption and usefulness of enablement and intelligence outputs and continuously refine based on feedback.Promote responsible and pragmatic adoption of digital marketing, data, and AI-enabled capabilities in partnership with Legal, Privacy, HR, and IT.What Success Looks LikeHigher enterprise digital marketing proficiency in priority transformation areas.Faster adoption of modern digital marketing and customer engagement practices across business units.Clearer alignment on digital marketing priorities and "what good looks like."Strong reuse of standards, playbooks, and shared approaches.Stakeholders report improved confidence in digital marketing and customer experience decision-making.QualificationsRequired8-12+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, marketing strategy, enablement, insights, or cross-functional leadership.Proven track record of translating complex digital marketing and consumer trends into clear, actionable mentorship.Experience building enablement programs, standards, or communities that drive adoption.Strong executive communication and influence skills in a matrixed environment.PreferredExperience in a multi-brand or multi-business unit enterprise.Familiarity with modern digital marketing, customer experience, eCommerce, analytics, marketing technology (MarTech), and applied AI trends.Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing transformation or change initiatives.Core CapabilitiesDigital marketing and transformation sense-makingMarketing enablement and learning developmentCross-BU collaboration and influenceExecutive storytellingCustomer-centric, outcome-driven mindsetCompany: MascoFull timeHiring Range: $121,300.00 - $190,630.00 USDActual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Masco Corporation (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position.
