This list is not to be interpreted as all-inclusive.Sprays herbicide and insecticide chemicals.Performs concrete work.Performs work with road crew.Patches pot holes.Grades elevations.Repairs signs, fences and watergates.Repairs BridgesMows County ditches and road easements.Performs shop duties and utility person duties as needed.Held accountable for equipment and uniforms issued.Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.Minimum Job Requirements:High School Diploma/GED.1 year job related work experience.Good driving skills and valid Texas Driver's License.Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with other employees.Starting Salary Range: $18.31 - $22.89 hourly based on qualificationsClosing Date: Upon filling positionAll full-time and part-time employees are members of the Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS).
