Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Colorado

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Kremmling, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shifts, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week plus 2 call shifts. Holiday and on-call coverage required.

Highlights:

• Work in a Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department in a beautiful mountain community at 7,000 feet elevation
• Located just 2 hours west of Denver with close proximity to multiple world-class ski areas
• Trauma Level IV facility seeking experienced Critical Access Hospital ED nurses
• Utilize ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, and BLS protocols in patient care
• Shared housing may be available within 30 miles based on capacity (non-smoking, no pets, single occupancy only)
• Provide comprehensive nursing care from admission through discharge using clinical pathways

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or eligibility
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), and TNCC certifications
• Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, holidays, and on-call rotations
• All time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process
