Construction Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-phase project from initiation through closeout. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningDefine project scope, deliverables, and specifications.Prepare construction estimates.Manage budgets.Scheduling & LogisticsDevelop detailed construction schedules with milestones.Coordinate the movement of resources, materials, and heavy equipment.Contract ManagementPrepare bids.Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors.Manage change orders.Compliance & PermittingSecure and issue required permits.Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes as well as environmental regulations, including 29 CFR 1926 OSHA standards.Safety & Quality ControlEnforce safety procedures.Conduct safety inspections.Maintain OSHA standards across contractors.Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.Stakeholder CommunicationLead project meetings.Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.Education QualificationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.Required SkillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.Experience in coordinating daily construction work between contractors, clients, landlords, and city officials.Proficiency in issuing work permits, including hot work, surface penetration, and working from heights.Familiarity with 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations.Strong communication skills, along with financial analysis and time-management capabilities.Proficiency in construction management software.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
