We work by five values, love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage, and you feel them in how we treat each other and our families.What the work looks likeYou’ll treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses, carrying out plans of care built by your supervising physical therapist and reporting back on how each child is progressing. You’ll work under one roof with speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health therapy, psychology, and ABA. When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co-treat, share goals, and problem-solve the hard cases together.
